  3. Use for Plagiarism Detection: WriteCheck.org may use User Content, in an anonymous and aggregated manner, for the purposes of plagiarism detection. Such use will not identify the individual user or violate the confidentiality of the User Content.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses and permissions set forth above and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws or regulations.
